It's fast paced and shocking, enough to keep me glued to the telly, oh and yes theres vampires too lol.
Their teeth are more nosferatu than Angel, takes a little getting used to.

The leads are Sookie Stackhouse, a waitress in a roadhouse restaurant and also a telepath and Bill Compton a vampire born in the mid 19th century.
It is based on the The Southern Vampire Mysteries series of novels by Charlaine Harris.
The vampires "came out of the coffin" on national TV a couple of years earlier. They now live openly in society, because the Japanese have invented a synthetic blood that is sold in convenience stores everywhere as "True Blood."
